Reservations

Sun Lakes is now accepting reservation year-round. We STRONGLY encourage you to call us at (509) 632-5291 to make your reservation.

If you call us outside of regular business hours please leave a message with your number and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Mail-in reservations will still be accepted but are not recommended due to the time it takes to mail and process the forms.

This form is a reservation request, and does not guarantee the availability of accommodations. You will receive a reservation confirmation when your reservation has been processed.

This request is for one unit only. To request reservations for multiple units, please submit one request per unit.

One night's rent will be required as a deposit to hold each request. The balance, including sales tax, will be due upon your arrival at Sun Lakes.

Minimum reservation: 2 nights, 3 on holidays.

Limited amenities are available in early spring and late fall - grocery store, concessions, pool, boat rentals, and/or other amenities may not be available outside of our regular season. Call our office at 509-632-5291 for detailed information.

Guests: Base rates are for one to four persons. Children under 18 stay free, however, they are counted towards maximum occupancy. Size of group may not exceed maximum occupancy.


Pets: An additional charge of $20 per night, per pet, will be charged for pets staying in the cabins. All pets must be registered and kept on a leash, and pet owners must follow park rules available in the resort office.

April's average high temperature is 63°F, the average low temperature is 39°F.

June's average high temperature is 80°F, the average low temperature is 55°F.

July's average high temperature is 89°F, the average low temperature is 62°F.

August's average high temperature is 87°F, the average low temperature is 60°F.

September's average high temperature is 78°F, the average low temperature is 51°F.

October's average high temperature is 63°F, the average low temperature is 40°F.

November's average high temperature is 45°F, the average low temperature is 30°F.

  • Use separate form or include complete reservation information for each individual unit/family. Priority is given to requests with complete information. Incomplete information will delay processing of your request.

  • Indicate special requests including guests you would like to be near. We try to honor them, however, due to competing requests, we cannot guarantee specific cabin or site numbers!

Pets

In order to keep our resort pet-friendly, it is vital that our guests observe responsible pet-owner etiquette, including not leaving your pet unattended and picking up any pet waste in and around the park immediately. All pets must be registered and kept on a leash, and pet owners must follow park rules available in the resort office.

To Change or Cancel a Reservation

To cancel, shorten , or change your stay, please call immediately upon change of plans.
  • You must call us at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to prevent loss of deposit.
  • If you cancel or shorten your stay within 14 days of arrival, we must hold your deposit.
  • NO DROPPED NIGHTS ALLOWED ON ARRIVAL.
  • $10.00 fee for any RV Park cancellation.
  • $25.00 fee for any Cabin cancellation.
  • To extend, please call to confirm availability.

Deposit Payment Information

A deposit of one night’s rent must accompany this request form. Please enclose check, money order, or credit card information. Please do not send cash. Balance including sales tax due on arrival.

Please Note: our processor requires us to collect your CCV (3 or 4 digit number on back or front of card) in order to process your deposit by credit card. If you are uncomfortable providing this information, please include deposit payment by check. We apologize for the inconvenience.
